We’ve got you covered by telehealth or in-person home visits.
About the Membership
What Is a Primary Care Membership Program?
Membership Primary Care (also known as Direct Primary Care) goes beyond routine checkups. It’s a connected, relationship-based model that puts your health and wellness at the center. By removing insurance barriers, your provider can spend more time understanding your goals, tracking your progress, and supporting every aspect of your wellbeing. We'll come to you whether virtually or as a house call. Each plan is built around prevention, personalization, and partnership.

Payment options
Paying with HSA or FSA
Yes — “Direct Primary Care” or “Membership Primary Care” fees can often be paid with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and sometimes Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), but there are important details.
For HSAs:
Starting January 1, 2026, memberships can be paid from an HSA if they meet federal criteria. The arrangement must provide only primary care services through a fixed monthly fee. The current limit is $150 per month for an individual and $300 for a family (adjusted annually). Members must also be enrolled in a high-deductible health plan to remain HSA-eligible.
For FSAs:
Coverage depends on each employer’s plan. Some administrators may accept DPC payments if invoices clearly list eligible medical services, but many do not cover general membership fees. It’s best to confirm with your plan administrator before enrolling.
Our team can help guide you through using your HSA or FSA for membership payments.
"Joining the membership program changed the way I think about my health. I don’t just see my provider when something’s wrong, we stay connected to keep me well."
